We have the right to notify any of our members/customers if we belief individuals are operating fraudulently.
Businesses have the right to have their information removed from our network. This does not affect their contractual obligations.
You can only use our logos with our permission.
Use of our logos must not be used in conjunction with anything that breaks UK Law or our Code of Conduct.
The logo must not indicate any political bias although promotion by political parties/members is allowed with our permission.
We have the right to remove the permission to use our logo if we deem necessary.
Any press or promotion regarding our logo/brand should be authorised by us.
Your business page must positively promote The Black Country region and people.
